When my girlfriend initially split up with me, I was destroyed emotionally. I felt as though nothing else was worth living for… seriously, it was that dramatic!
After several months of reading through a bunch of useless advice on forums and guides, I decided that I needed a drastic change in image and personality if I was going to stand any chance whatsoever of getting my ex girlfriend back.
I think 2 months went by and I’d gotten my act together, I was feeling great… looking amazing and was a changed man.
When I posted a few new photos on Facebook and just carried on living my “new” life… literally 3 days later, I get a message from my ex saying… “Hey you, how’s everything going… you look great! x”.
Bam! I’m back in the game.
So here are the 6 steps that I took, to get back on the radar and make my ex want me again:
Tip 1: Worked out… HARD!
I grabbed P90x, ate like a champ for 2 months straight and worked out like an absolute maniac. The results? I was ripped like a mofo and looked like I was ready to be a cover model for Men’s Health.
Ok maybe not the cover, but at least the back page! I was looking better than I’d ever looked and women were paying me more attention definitely.
Tip 2: Got some new clothes
Sounds simple, but getting new clothes and a decent style not only boosts your confidence a little it also makes you more attractive to the opposite sex.
I paid a fashion designer who was also personal shopper on the side like $400 for the weekend, to take me out and revamp my closet.
The outcome was that I looked sick and I highly suggest you do the same.
Tip 3: Signed up to some group classes
I wanted to get myself out of the comfort of being around familiar people and letting loose a little, so I decided to sign up for some group classes, which would force me to meet new peeps and also give me a little confidence.
I’d always wanted to try Yoga, so booked a class… same with spinning (bike class full of hotties) and I also tried a massage course which was interesting and a good skill to have I’d say.
Tip 4: Worked on my confidence
So group classes and new clothes really helped, but I still needed more. I grabbed a few hypnosis audios and they seemed to be quite good, I also tried the Tony Robbins confidence CD which was way more up my street.
After a few weeks, I definitely felt more confident about myself and life in general.
Tip 5: Blocked myself from Facebook
Facebook is a seriously harmful tool, if you use it in the wrong way which is what I was doing when she broke things off with me. So I downloaded an app on my Macbook that blocked Facebook, gave my friend the pin code and told him not to give it to me so I literally couldn’t login in for 2 months.
This was amazing for me as I didn’t see any new photos, status updates or pointless crap that would harm the new mindset I wanted.
Tip 6: Became more ambitious
You know what? Writing goals down and actually following through with them is a REALLY gratifying thing. I used to think it was for crazy people and do gooders, but DAMN I feel good about ticking things off, it’s fulfilling.
So that’s it dude, everything I did and you SHOULD do to get your ex girlfriend back within a decent amount of time. It’s not that hard bro, just put your mind to it and actively force yourself to change.
